Hive username of the account need recovery.
PUBLIC OWNER KEY for the account need recovery provided by the real owner of the account.
Hive username of the trustee account (recovery account).
PRIVATE ACTIVE KEY of the trustee account (recovery account). Leave it blank to use Hive Keychain.
